For many years Mark has coordinated and helped manage a combined Federal/State Government initiative using a hybrid optometrical/ ophthalmological service to provide high grade eye services to 12 communities in Cape York Peninsula.   Mark is a Board Member of Guide Dogs Queensland and The Eye Foundation.  MLSQ will donate funds to a charity of his choice.
